We will develop a framework that includes a numerical 3-D dynamic land subsidence model and uses big data analysis to quantify the spatial and temporal extent of the land subsidence. This framework will be used to understand the land subsidence, test possible adaptation/mitigation measures and their impacts (including damage estimation & Social Cost-Benefit Analysis).
